What A Sexy World

It's been such a loooong time i never update, isn't it. Been up and down these days, things like my own birthday (18 nov people! lol), The Sun coming-interview and my new bass kept me occupied.

Finally, I'm here to write something, again. *evil grin*.

In a world in which Britney Spears went out without underwear and Gong Li showed almost half of her boobs in movie, surely, we've been using the word "sexy" very often now and then.


Sexy is a very complicated word, come to think of it.

What actually constitutes SEXY?

Friend Vin listed things like : nice long legs, nice hair, not too thin, curvy figure, etc.

And friend W once said that a long nice black hair can make a girl looks even better.


"When she wears miniskirt, I feel she is sexy," said guy friend Vin, referring to another girl we both know.

Last week on MSN a guy friend J was talking about going to Singapore. He has recently just become single and available again.

"Ah, all those mini skirts," J said longingly. So guess sexy for him requires a mini skirt also.

Nice long legs, is a must.


"Sexy means the body looks nice in the clothes the girl is wearing," said Vin, "Pretty is another thing."

However, when asked about how would he define sexy, guy friend W said : "A girl has to have a pretty face, to be sexy."

"If the girl has damn nice legs, but the face like frog - how could you say she is sexy?!" expressed W.


So sexy only covers the body part, or does it request some sort of beauty in the face also?

No conclusion has been drawn so far, but I personally thinks that sexy doesn't require a pretty face.

I guess the best answer on how to define sexy, comes from girl friend S. She thinks that sexy means covering but also showing a little of the body. E.g. Sari.

All covered yet it's sexy. No more explaination needed. Look.


Personally I think sexy isn't something that is too direct - it's not something that shouts out to people : "Look at ME!" Such as a large eye scoop of your breasts or showing butt line with jeans sooo low.

Instead sexy is something that is INDIRECT. It happens when you're not trying too hard to be sexy. Long legs in skinny jeans and heels. Curvy body in fitting dress.


Sexy is something that you feel about a girl, even by just looking from behind of her wide bare back; or by just glancing through the mirror that reflects her long smooth legs; or by just watching her sleeves slides down her fair silky shoulder from sideway.


Sexy, it's still too complicated a word to define. Yet it's rich enough to describe everything that is sexy.

So.....girl, are you ready to be sexy? 'Cause the world is becoming sexier, and sexier. ;)
